How long are the workouts?
Most workouts take 45–60 minutes. Everything is planned efficiently so you can train with purpose and still fit it into a busy day.
How does check-ins work?
You’ll complete weekly check-ins every Friday to review progress and performance. Based on that feedback, adjustments are made to keep you moving forward.
Do I need access to a gym or special equipment?
A gym is recommended for the best results, but options can be adjusted depending on what equipment you have. The goal is always consistency, not perfection.
How soon will I start seeing results?
Most people feel better and more confident within the first 1–2 weeks. Visible changes typically follow after 3–6 weeks, depending on consistency, training history, and recovery.
Is this a generic program or personalized to me?
You’re following a structured system made by the coach, not random workouts. Depending on your membership tier, training is personalized and adjusted to match your goals, experience, and schedule.
